We speak to pro climber Nikki Smith (She/Her) about a mentorship initiative from SCARPA designed to engage, support, and empower athletes from marginalized communities.



Athletes at all stages will be matched with pros in skiing, trail running, and all aspects of climbing based on the goals and community efforts put forth in their application. Gear will be supplied by SCARPA.
