For this episode we invited old acquintance Eric Kuisch! 
Eric worked for KPN for 22 years, is now the COO of Eurofiber Group and recently wrote a book about succesfully managing engineers, developers and IT-specialists called ‘Paradijsvogels/Birds of Paradise’. 
We talked about his KPN journey, but mostly about how to work with tech talents/paradijsvogels. How do you recognise these talents? How do we stimulate and hire them? Which mistakes do leaders often make when working with IT professionals?
