Morning / Evening Routine:

Each of these components are going to be critical to your success. First let’s start off with a few definitions to become aware of in this process:

Power: a source or means of supplying energy. Ability to act of produce an effect.

More so it comes down to our ability to generate energy where there is none. By doing so you are then able to create a world that you want around you. However, not all energy is created equal, there is positive and negative. This is why we must become intentional and conscious of where we are producing our energy.

Discipline: control gained by enforcing obedience or order, orderly or prescribed conduct or pattern of behavior, SELF-CONTROL.

There is a saying that through discipline comes freedom. Will Smith has said it along with countless of world changing individuals. I am sure you have also heard Self discipline is the willingness to do what it takes to achieve the result regardless of your feelings. You are never always going to want to do the work, yet that will never change that the work must still get done.

Health, wealth, happiness, relationships, development. All are categories or areas that will demand a laser like focus of you. Simply put right now at this very minute if there is something that you are halfway committed to right now, one foot in the pool the other out level of commitment, then quit that very thing right now. Let’s get you prepared for the course work to come and the curriculum that will be fed to you through out our semesters here.

Homework Assignment:

Get ready to start conquering your day. Grab hold of morning and evening routine. Keep these the most sacred hours that you have. If you control when you go to bed at night and when you wake up, you already have two wins daily. If you control these two portions of the day, you will not become shaken when there is something unexpected that occurs mid day.
