My guest today, Tanessa Shears, takes us to a whole new level as she talks all things biohacking.

Tanessa is a health consultant who works holistically with entrepreneurs to eliminate brain fog and boost their productivity, energy and focus with biohacking. She is a kinesiologist, sleep coach, fitness instructor and nutritionist and has a wealth of knowledge on how we can take the best care of our bodies in a more intentional way.

In this episode, Tanessa explains what biohacking is and some of the different ways we can incorporate it into our daily lives. She talks about working in alignment with our biological rhythm and that not everyone is part of the 5am club. We talk about understanding the circadian rhythm, some of the amazing things that happen when we sleep and how we are all born with a genetic chronotype.
