#17 How To Get A Placement @ SAP - a podcast by Tobi Ogundipe

🎙In episode #17 I interviewed John Alao who joined SAP in 2019 on placement, he helps us understand what SAP does (which isn't easy) and how his role fits in.  

🥇 He explained how his proactive approach gave him an edge in the Assessment Centre and how others can do the same.   

✅ SAP is looking for early-career candidates who are enthusiastic about learning rather than the finished product. "You don't have to be an expert but you do need to be eager to learn and ready to get stuck in."  

⏸John made a great point around pausing in interviews, if you don't immediately know the answer to the question, it's absolutely okay to ask for a moment, have a think and then dive in.
