In fine fashion we go all over the place (thanks Turnstyle ) and talk about advice for throwing events, Quincy's background and how he got into breaking/house dancing, Bashville, training tips to save the knees, icebaths, shadow work, the metaverse, Costa Rican stem cells and all kinds of other groovy stuff....it was a great convo from one of our dance fam from the great land of Tennessee where apparently heads down there are into some new thing called "country music"
