Akosua Cassaberry is no stranger to the importance of African pride and African Heritage. She is the author of “Why Every Pregnant Woman Should Write A Book,” which details her pregnancy experience and informs her readers on the benefits of writing a motherhood memoir.
 
Akosua graduated from Allegheny College where she received her BA in English (with an emphasis in creative writing). She was born July 11th, 1993, in Ghana, West Africa.
 
Akosua’s favorite genre is poetry. She fell in love with Poetry during her Freshman year. It changed her life and she went on to edit and then publish her first book titled “Back To Kukurantumi.” 
 
Akosua is a new mother and Entrepreneur tackling the adventures of balancing the two. She has written for Gova Media, Fortune Magazine, Techonomy Media Inc., and her blog page AkosuaBlogs.com.
