She received a heart transplant in 2017 and during her rehabilitation she focused more on herself. Dealing with issues like alopecia and being a single mother, she had to push foward! She was asked to be apart of a ad campaign about men, women, and children with hair loss/ alopecia. She started doing research about print modeling professionally. Before her illness, she worked in the world of cosmetology to include hair shows and fashion shows for 10+ years. Using her resources she jumped into the world of modeling head first! She have now been modeling professionally for 4 years and published 6xs.

As time went on, she started investing into herself and her career. Being turned away from agencies and projects due to her scars only fuels her drive. The plus size community is represented horribly in the media but, she is determined to change that. She also strive to show her son that you can keep going!
