Episode #55: This week on the podcast I am thrilled to have Sandy Diaz Haley.

Sandy is the founder of Bada$$ Ladies of DFW, an online community bringing professional women together, to fuel passions, and cultivate business relationships in an organic way.

After experiencing a layoff in 2017, Sandy planned a happy hour as a way to reconnect with her network, create new connections, and potentially find leads for prospective job opportunities. That happy hour has resulted in a community of 2K+ like-minded professionals actively connecting, learning and growing, and cultivating business relationships with one another.

Sandy Diaz Haley is also VP of Digital and Social Media at Mr. Cooper, a national mortgage servicer. She is originally from Lima, Peru. Sandy is a wife, a mother of two bada$$ ladies in training, and a passionate spokesperson for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

In this episode, she shares how she created her women’s community and what she thinks about networking. This episode is so helpful and will motivate you to think about how you can make new connections and continue cultivating others.
