Mark lives in Auckland, New Zealand, with his coffee machine, his wife and two children. He studied, traveled, then worked as a high school teacher before getting into writing and publishing. He's fascinated with the origins of the world's religions and how ancient cultures have shaped our world. He chose fantasy because it’s the best way of telling the truth, without telling the truth.
