With the northeast heatwave in full effect, not only is summer burning up, so is the BPM!  Picking up where volume one left off, we slowly build the grooves out with some nice progressive sounds.  The Oakenfold/Matt Gross track Firefly is a surefire winner to get things started.  Be sure to hunt down the huge trance anthem Nat Monday produced for this song as well.  It was a bit too big and fast to be included, but it’s also a real winner.

As the mix progresses, it builds one song on top of the other.  Before you realize it, you’re knee deep in some serious P-A-R-T-A-Y electro-house.  Big just keeps gettin’ bigger and by the time you get to the end, you’re left wanting more.  Ahhh, don’t think I’d leave you folks in the dust.  We got volume three coming up on Friday and I can assure you, all hell breaks loose by then.

As promised, there are significant changes as to the way Party Favorz will be operating.  First, those of you who are already premium subscribers and use iTunes for downloading, you SHOULD delete the free podcast feed https://feeds.feedburner.com/partyfavorz/ATL, as you no longer need it.  Beginning immediately, the only feed you should keep is https://feeds.feedburner.com/premium/partyfavorz, since all podcasts posted will now be premium only.  However, if you subscribe via email or RSS, you WILL need to keep the partyfavorz/ATL feed, as that’s the only one that publishes ALL posts from the site.

Those of you who have been enjoying the occasional “free podcasts,” will now be able to download ALL podcasts, just at a considerably lower quality than the premium.  By doing this, my hope is to encourage you to become a premium subscriber.  If not, you still get the same kick-ass sets, just not with the superior sound quality of its older sibling.  I do plan on running a promotion a couple of times a year, which will give you access to the premium podcasts for about a week or two.  The details on that are still being worked out and the dates will not be announced in advance.

On the flipside, I will be adding a third option for subscribing.  As you know, access is given to those who make a monthly $5 donation or $50 annual donation and that will not change, nor have any effect on current subscribers.  Going forward, older premium podcasts will no longer be made available to new subscribers.  For instance, when you sign up, you will only have access to the most recent podcast and everything thereafter, as long as you maintain your subscription.  If you want to be able to download older content, an additional $25 donation will be necessary in order to gain access to all material for 30 days.  Those that take that route, will also be able to download anything new posted during that same period of time.

For those that only want one or more podcast, a donation of $3.50 per set and $5.00 for promotional sets (i.e. Gay Anthems or anything that’s not part of the standard series put out by this site) will be necessary, in order to download.  Full details and instructions are available by going to the FAQ section located at the top of the site.

The new subscription restructuring will go into effect on Sunday, July 11th.  Anyone sitting on the fence who wants to have full access to older content as well as the new material at the current levels may want to consider signing up prior to the deadline.

Those of you who have followed me for a long time, understand that Party Favorz doesn’t raise prices and then turn around and use cheaper ingredients to make your favorite dish.  In fact, I continually strive to improve my recipes without cutting corners to pad the bottom line.  These are tough times for everyone and I get it.  However, I too operate this site and my real life on a shoestring budget.  With the necessary expansions coming in July for the G-Spot series and the addition of a Pod...
