Party Favorz is back with Meltdown 2020 containing the hottest dance club songs of the summer. If you've been searching for the one true party mix to light your fire — then you've arrived at your destination.

The resurrection of a goddess — Tina Turner

After having massive success with the resurrection of the buried gem "Higher Love" by Whitney Houston — Kygo is back again and sweetened the pot. He's reinvigorated the Tina Turner mid-80's monster classic "What's Love Got To Do With It" and turned it into a reggaeton summer monster. It's not clear if Tina (at 80 years old) was involved in this project but it seems likely. There are some runs in this version that were not part of the original release unless they were part of the original acapella in the masters vault. It doesn't really matter because he dusts this track off and gives it a modern-day spin that would put it in contention for song of the summer.

The newest and hottest dance club songs

Surf Mesa and Emilee have heated up the Electronic Dance Charts with Ily (I Love You Baby), which is a rework of the original Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons hit, which was turned into a #1 disco hit by Boys Town Gang, a #1 Dance Club song by Pet Shop Boys and a soothing hip hop twist by Lauryn Hill among many others. Here, Topic turns their laid-back version into a dance-floor ready house number.

Other personal treats here for your summer listenting pleasure are Sammy Porter's "Evissa, You & Me," HOSH, 1979 and Jalja's "Midnight (The Hanging Tree)," Vize and Tom Gregory's "Never Let Me Down," Purple Disco with Sophie and the Giants "Hypnotized," Alesso and Liam Payne's "Midnight," and the return of Toni Braxton with the help of Dave Audé on her funky "Dance."

As predicted, Gorgon City and Soffi Tukker's "House Arrest" is topping just about every DJ list out there, while Gorgon City isn't letting up and just dropped "Nobody" with the indie group Drama. This is going to be another massive song but more so for the dub version included here, which takes the original and gives it that deep house mystique GC is known for. Wait until you hear the Sam Girling Tech House mix, which is slated for the next Peak Hour set and takes the song to a whole new level.

Perhaps the one that's really got me sucked in is Kenzie and Sia's "Exhale." The Hook n Sling remix on this is pure perfection and will certainly raise the temperature on any dance floor already boiling over. As of this writing — there's only a radio version but no extended nor remixes of this fantastic song but it's HOT and gonna be BIG!

Bootlegs and mashups that keep it interesting

As part of our continuing expansion to diversify and keep these sets firmly grounded in the party realm — There are a number of bootlegs, mashups and classic reworks contained in Meltdown.

Weiss and Harry Romero take on Alan Parson's Project with "Where Do We Go" using the catchy refrain from their "Games People Play," Block & Crown take on Madonna with a sizzling house floor rework of "Like a Prayer" with their "Pray For More" update, Robin Schulz updates the massive Bob Marley classic "Sun Is Shining" for a summertime blockbuster, Kideko and Armand Van Helen take Gwen Guthrie's disco classic "Keep the Fire Burning," speed up the vocals to give us a modern-era twist with "Party Favorz
