Where to start with the New England Patriots' absolute awful performance against the San Francisco 49ers? Cam Newton was terrible. The wide receivers and tight ends- other than Jakobi Meyers, who has inexplicably been buried on the depth chart- were terrible. The offensive line suffered more injuries, this time to Joe Thuney and Justin Herron. The defensive front seven was terrible against the 49ers rushing attack, and the secondary didn't fare any better. The coaches were bad.
Oh, but special teams had a pretty okay day kicking the ball, so...bright spots?
