In this episode of PayTechTalk, Nicolas Weber from Amazing Blocks is my guest. We talk about tokenization of assets in Liechtenstein and what role Amazing Blocks plays in this.

In Liechtenstein and together with Amazing Blocks, it is possible to map the entire lifecycle of tokenization projects. This means on the one hand 1) planning of tokenization in Liechtenstein and passporting of securities in the EEA 2) incorporation process of legal entities in Liechtenstein and 3) a turnkey tokenization solution where an SPV and a CEO are provided. In addition, Amazing Blocks offers software solutions for the issuance and management of tokenized securities of any kind - with a focus on true-equity tokens as defined by the Liechtenstein Token Law - including, for example, a digital shareholder register.In the podcast, we go into the Liechtenstein model, discuss what all can be tokenized and how the instruments could be distributed to Germany and other EEA countries.
