The advent of the fourth treatment modality, tumor treating fields (TTFields), and ongoing research on novel systemic agents are continuing to improve clinical outcomes for patients with glioblastoma. In this activity, based on a recent live symposium planned in collaboration with the American Brain Tumor Association and held during the 24th Annual Meeting of the Society for Neuro-Oncology, neuro-oncology experts discuss cutting-edge advancements with TTFields therapy and the future outlook on novel targeted agents for patients with glioblastoma. Additionally, the faculty share stories about real patients to highlight how scientific advancements and clinical data translate into personalized care.
