Laura DiBenedetto is a TEDx speaker, a life mastery coach, and the author of the #1 best-selling book “The six habits”. She started her first company at 19 and she achieved significant success, but also exhaustion and depression. She retired at 37 being financially free, only to discover that her heart was empty and that happiness wasn’t what she thought it was. That led her to a quest to figure out why she felt so hollow inside, despite accomplishing and acquiring so much, and this quest led her to some profound realisations. Laura says she's found the formula to build a life of joy, and now her passion is to share this message with others.

Key takeaways:

• Humanity shares a destructive illusion of what success is

• What exactly is happiness and the 6 things that it comes from

• The daily behaviours that define our relationship with ourselves and the world around us

• Self-love, self-respect, and appreciation of ourselves

• Real mastery goes beyond affirmations and a gratitude list

Memorable quote:

"Money is not the root of all evil, insecurity is."
