This is the second of three episodes in which I am revisiting three interviews I did in the early days of the podcast. Sophia Vasiliou is passionate about helping people to shift blockages and transform limitations to discover who they truly are; to become healthier, happier and filled with purpose. She has studied and practiced many healing modalities, including Reiki and crystal therapy, and she has completed a 3-year shamanic apprenticeship in the Peruvian Amazon with an indigenous shaman, whilst working at the Ayahuasca Foundation. She is a pro-certified PSYCH-K practitioner and proficient in tools such as the Emotion code & Body Code, which can help make significant shifts in one’s health, wellbeing & life.
