He has joined the team as Director of Racing Operations, overseeing a five-rider team and dealing with sponsorship development and marketing. During his racing career, Tommy Hayden won two AMA Supersport Championships (2004-2005) and claimed 34 wins in the U.S. National road racing championship (now MotoAmerica) -- eight of which were in Superbike.
