Main Text: Ezekiel 1:1-3,28 & Isaiah 40:5

Eziekel was one of the few men taken into captivity in Babylon. There the Lord came to Eziekel in 7 ways: The heavens had opened unto Eziekel, visions, the word of the Lord came to him, the hand of the Lord came upon Eziekel, Eziekel saw the glory of the Lord, the Lord spoke to Eziekel, and the spirit of the Lord came upon him.

The Lord was going to use Eziekel to speak to the people of Israel, a place of rebellion. The Lord made it known to Eziekel that He will not leave him, but He is with him every step of the way. Let us settle in the place that the Lord wants us to be in. In this time let us make room and allow God to use us. Whatever the Lord has said unto us it will prosper. Just as Eziekel was facing a tough time, just as he was worried like many of us are now, let us not forget that Jesus is still sitting on His throne, and the Lord’s glory will continue to shine. Considering the times we are in, what the Lord has planned for us is not canceled, He has not forgotten about us, His glory will continue to be seen in our lives.
