In June, German authorities identified a 43-year-old man as a suspect in the disappearance and likely murder of British girl Madeleine McCann in Portugal in 2007. This suspect was later identified to be Christian Bruekner.
Now, police are digging up a plot of land near Bruekner's former home on the outskirts of Hanover in northern Germany.
In this episode, national editor Tory Maguire is joined by Europe correspondent Bevan Shields from Hanover where he is covering the investigation into McCann's disappearance.
