Yesterday, Premier Daniel Andrews declared that Victoria is officially in a state of disaster. 
For the next six weeks, Melbourne will be under an 8 pm curfew while regional Victoria has moved to stage three restrictions in an attempt to suppress the spread of the coronavirus.
