In this episode, CSI Pacific Athlete of the Month and Olympic race walker Evan Dunfee joins us to discuss his sporting career. From being a 10 year old with thick glasses, curly hair, and no hand-eye coordination, to being the Canadian record holder in the 10k race walk, Evan has become the best at something he loves to do. Over time, he grasped onto the idea that the process and journey outweighs the rules, and that sport is a safe and unique environment to all.

Evan also talks about his community involved with KidSport which helped him reframe his philosophy around sport. He gives us goosebumps when discussing his experience watching fellow Canadians qualify for the Olympics, and what his sport will look like at Tokyo 2020.

Trust us, you don’t want to miss this one!
