On a particularly just plain fine installment of High Repo Boys, Pete and Josh  talk about Claudia Gray's excellent new High Republic novel Into the Dark.

Maybe it's okay. I don't know. It was Monday night. It was late. It felt pretty "blah" doing it so I can't even imagine what it feels like to listen to. I mean I can a little bit. I listened to some of it because I had to delete some of it. So I guess I just ask that while you're listening this week you understand that Into the Dark was a cool Star Wars book and that however miserable what you're hearing is there was even more stuff that you aren't hearing. And think about that for a minute how about, huh? And you're welcome.

I mean that's definitely a new record for roman numerals in an episode title so that's not nothing. I mean when's the next time we're going to get that many numerals? Like, episode a million? I know what you're thinking, "next week, duh." But actually how about "no, not next week, because forty isn't just four Xs it's some other dumb thing I haven't had to look up in a hundred episodes. Right? Hold on... scrolling through my own podcast feed in lieu of just plugging in '40 in roman numerals' into a search engine... scrolling... scrolling... ha! XL. So there. 40 is actually smaller than 30 in Roman." So, uh, yeah, this episode is kind of huge for us. Honestly I'm thrilled I even noticed. I mean this could have just come and gone unremarked upon entirely but I caught it and I am here to celebrate it, which is how you know 'tis the nobler of the Poe Boys writing this very episode description.

But like, when do we become Poe MEN amiright? Haha I'm just kidding Poe Man isn't a sandwich so that doesn't really work but we do have fun here, we do have fun.

If anything we would change it to Poe People to combat our miserable demographic analytics. Which brings me back to this entirely adequate installment of this podcast in which we discuss our miserable demographic analytics.
