We look to New York to set the standard for licensing, as they have started with those most impacted by the war on drugs.  Snoop Dogg kicks off Death Row Cannabis and we watch a clip of him on NYE talking about all the places he has ever smoked!  In Colorado Psilocybin therapy is finally legal, but they are letting the professionals handle treatments at the moment.  For local Miami news: an MMJ Doc that we had previously reported getting his privileges taken away from him gets cleared from wrong doing.
