In this episode, we dabbled into the world of whiskies and spirits together with Eiling Lim, Malaysia's first independent bottler. Encouraged by  her husband to start her own independent whisky bottling after moving to Belgium in 2013, the Eiling Lim label was then launched a year later. Apart from whiskey, she has then explored bottling other fine spirits such as rum, gin and vermouth.
