Easily the toughest week of the season has come and gone....Our Caps are bruised, battered but not completely beaten as yet.

Anna and I put out our frustrations in a direct, honest and yet hopefully humorous way...because we know how you the Caps fans feels right about now. To aid us in this endeavor we are joined by friend of the show Josh Kirby of the Josh Kirby on Sports Podcast who helps us not only to vent but take another look at things in a certain perspective.

To be sure it's still OK to believe....even though things look dire.
