Robb Reichard has worked for over twenty years on behalf of the HIV/AIDS community in Philadelphia. Robb holds a BA in Sociology from Arcadia University. In the 1980s as the Director of Residence Life at Peirce College, Robb initiated and conducted HIV/AIDS prevention education programs for college students and eventually expanded his outreach to provide the first HIV/AIDS sensitivity training at an area hospital.

Pursuing his passion to help end the HIV pandemic, Robb worked for five years at BEBASHI (Blacks Educating Blacks About Sexual Health Issues), the largest African American AIDS service provider in Philadelphia, serving as Director of Development, Director of Programs, and Deputy Director.

Robb has served on the Board of Directors of the Center for Responsible Funding, is a member of the Advisory Committee for the City of Philadelphia’s Employees’ Combined Campaign, and is a member of the Community At Work Collaborative Roundtable Group. He has also served as the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Coalition of AIDS Service Organizations and on the Selection Committee for the Exelon's Employee Community Service Awards.

In 1999, Robb was named Associate Director of AIDS Fund, an organization in which he initially began work as a volunteer. Currently, Robb is the Executive Director of AIDS Fund, the largest private funder of AIDS services in the Delaware Valley. Under Robb’s direction, the AIDS Fund produces Philadelphia’s popular monthly fundraiser, GayBINGO, which has raised over 2 million dollars to date as well as the annual AIDS Walk Philly, now in its 23rd year, the largest HIV/AIDS fundraiser and public education event in the area.
