As a transgender male, Austen describes the experience of being a female attending Hyles-Anderson College, the limitations of sex education, the lack of understanding regarding consent, and even what the experience was like when Jack Schaap was arrested.

He also discusses the parallels between attending one of the most notoriously strict IFB colleges and military service as a member of the Air Force, plus so much more.
