In this week’s chapters: Levana taunts Cinder and Kai with Cinder's trial, live broadcasted across the moon. The Lunar 'savages' have all kinds of suggestions for what Cinder's punishment should be, but Cinder has no interest in sticking around for the verdict. Cinder manages to escape her guards, wreak havoc in Levana’s court, and exit the throne room in style.

Kai is in shock after watching Cinder and Levana attack each other, and those unlucky guards and thaumas who were caught between them. Kai's main concern is for Cinder as he confides in Torin his fears for the consequences of her fall from grace.
