They discuss how he went from undrafted rookie out of Troy to signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers during their 2010 Super Bowl run, getting traded from the New York Jets to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020 and preparing to play in Super Bowl LV. They also discuss his love of lacrosse, how he linked up with Wolf Athletics during the PLL's Atlanta weekend in 2019 and how Redwoods LC attackman Matt Kavanagh hooked him up with a Redwoods jersey to wear before Monday Night Football. He also discusses playing with Tom Brady, starting team MVP gym in Atlanta and his process for achieving his goals, which he has imparted on his kids and the athletes he trains.
