About Brian and Debi Zaas, Co-Directors for The Navigators Life and Leadership Coaching
Over the past 8 years, Brian and Debi Zaas have served as Co-Directors for The Navigators Life and Leadership Coaching organization, God has called us to teach, train, and develop a team of more than 75 coaches who are shifting the culture of Navigators and impacting the lives of hundreds of pastors, ministry, missionary, non-profit and business leaders. We focus on helping these decision-makers and disciple-makers to become tomorrow’s difference-makers by pursuing the potential of God’s promises in churches, missions, workplaces, and communities around the globe.
Brian and Debi Zaas have been sharing years of coaching experience as reflected in their Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. Brian completed his CPLC for Life and Leadership through PCCI. As a couple, they are now teaching and training Essentials of Leadership Coaching to a global Navigator cohort.
Brian and Debi have been married for the past 30 years. They have two beautiful young adult daughters, Jenna and Kayla. We recently became grandparents to twin boys - Noland and Nash. We enjoy abundant life in Florida – St. Petersburg-Tampa-Clearwater area. We enjoy getting together with others and developing deep, intimate friendships, hiking, biking, and exercising along the waterfront.
