I can't do this right now, I'm too tired, what if I fail? Typically when we're trying to do something new, or something that we feel that we have to do rather than what we want to be doing. This is one of the hardest hurdles to real change we'll ever face in life, and we often harm ourselves with our excuses. They get in the way of our own progress - so we wanted to get into some of the reasons behind it, and some ideas to get over it.
