We flow into one and then the other as a part of life's natural rhythms. We usually experience an initial fear and hesitation to where our life wants to take us next. It's normal and natural when we are faced with any type of change.  Sometimes, however, when our fear is more than we can work through or we don't have the support or inner resources to face it,  that can turn into a chronic contraction holding pattern in our body mind system.
