Graduated from Dundee Uni in Scotland in 1998 and trained in Emergency, Orthopaedics and Critical in Scotland before emigrating in 2003 where he spent 11 years in ED, Paeds and ICU in Liverpool and Campbelltown before respecialising in General Practice. He is a strong believer in lifestyle medicine and its role in primary care and is committed to supporting patients through life and health. As a registered Sports Doctor and accredited Ringside Physician he is experienced in the management of acute sporting injuries as well as working the athletes and those looking to perform at a higher level. Lance is an active Highland Games athlete both in Australia and internationally and a previous Masters Strongman champion outside of medicine. He has also successfully lifted Scotland’s famous Dinnie Stones
