TV Chef, Multi Award Winner and Indian food expert, Sarah's recipes and articles have featured in print and online publications locally, nationally and internationally including Forbes, The Sun, The Telegraph, Independent and various others.
She presented BBC's Inside Out highlighting female chefs in UK. It was translated and went global on BBC World News.
Her work has been highlighted by Forbes who recognise her as 'The Curry Queen' and as a leader for Asian women in Catering.
In 2016, Sarah took part in a Channel 4 Cookery show where she worked alongside Prue Leith CBE, Michael Caines MBE and Raymond Blanc. Since then, she has been recognised as an inspirational and motivational public speaker and have spoken at numerous events including The Chartered Management Institute, Athena Swan Conference, The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)(of which, she was since appointed the National Lead for Women in Catering),The Women in Business Expo, and she is also on The BU Social Entrepreneurship Panel.
Sarah has received multiple awards. Her most recent one was for Entrepreneur of the Year. She has been presented with an award by HRH The Princess Royal for her contribution to the catering industry and from The British Armed Forces for outstanding contribution for The Military Covenant. She is also listed in the F: Entrepreneur #ialso100 List.
Sarah is a PR Ambassador for UK Nepal Friendship Society and Smile Ambassador for Dental Concepts in Sandbanks.
Senior Vice President ( President Elect) for Poole Bay Rotary Club and the district leader for equality, diversity and inclusion. She is Executive Director for Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce and Patron of Tyler's Friends.
Passionate about eliminating homelessness, she has recently partnered with chef extraordinaire Sanjeev Kapoor in India to promote his Wonderchef brand in UK and am Partnered with Tide Banking.
