IPDRR Rtn Rtr Shantanu Agarwal is some who brought a milestone in the history of RID 3030. He has been awarded with Outstanding DRR by RSA MDIO and SEARIC MDIO. Also, RID 3030 was awarded with Outstanding District by both these esteemed organizations during his leadership.

 He transformed the way of running the entire district by introducing point system in the district. The rotaractors were highly motivated by this step. 

He is currently the secretary projects of SEARIC MDIO. Shantanu sir has now joined Rotary Club Of Jalgaon West and is actively serving as literacy chair.
