Meet Alex of Carnival Pictures !! ✨ .
. He is a Filmmaker / Photographer-Photojournalist based in California! I’m so blessed and what an educational experience for me it was to learn about his life journey getting into his career, but also his background of being racially profiled because of the color of his skin, which he is now turning into a passion project Film!!
. I first met Alex during a rad photoshoot with my tattoo artist ! It was so incredible learning about his passions, how he got into the entertainment-film industry, how it is shooting on red carpets, live concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, Games at Dodger Stadium & Rams Arena, live Boxing matches, etc., how it is to juggle the different time crunches for different events, what cameras he uses, awards he has won, making and working on films, his new film called The Son Rises , and his advice to anyone listening and interested in these crafts!
We sat down & chatted, laughed, talked about celebrities he sees on a daily, getting the right shots, and sharing personal stories about his growing up.
