Failure comes at a cost, it isn’t free and it isn’t going to be easy. This week Gavin Grenville-Wood from Leadbetter Kids and I will discuss failure in junior golf. We touch on a number of questions such as, do you run from it or take it head on? What are your values around failure? What are your values for your children growing up in the game of golf? We believe once you have that clear, you will be setting up yourself, your children and those around for success whatever it may be.

In this episode we will leave you with some quotes from famous athletes and give you some actionable tips to help you and your junior golfers. Failure is a feature, take it head on and enjoy the ride!
