Holy Mother is an institution in metal music since the mid 1990s. Having had top reviewed albums in magazines such as Metal Hammer and Rock Hard has given the band an international presence, where they’ve had appearances on tribute albums for Ronnie James Dio and Van Halen. With their charismatic frontman Mike Tirelli at the helm, Holy Mother return after a long absence to reclaim their throne as metal kings with a revised lineup (including original drummer James Harris and new members Greg Giordano on guitar and Russell Pzutto on bass) and their new album “Face This Burn.”

Mike has been performing since the mid to late 80s, beginning with Jack Starr’s Burning Starr. His journey has taken him to countries far and wide, including having performed in front of crowds of up to 30,000 at Wacken with Messiah’s Kiss. In that time, he has dealt with much, including winning his battle with stomach cancer, the loss of friend and bassist Randy Coven, and missed opportunities due to other bandmates’ issues with touring.

Like very few, Mike Tirelli stands tall with a new album, a new lineup, and the same fire and conviction that has taken him to the stage.
