I was an intern at Troma after graduating Bryant High School at the age of 17. My first internship was as a pre-production assistant on Troma’s Terror Firmer (directed by Lloyd Kaufman. I honestly felt as though I was in a safe environment. The crew and Lloyd looked out for me. 

John Brennan - a man I’m happy to call a friend - wised me up to an online conspiracy campaign to incriminate Lloyd (a grandfather and a father of three daughters with his wife Patricia Kaufman, the former New York State Film Commisioner) without any substantial evidence to their lies. John brought it up, and we discussed it. I felt as though this topic deserved its own episode. The unedited version can be heard as an audio download on whatever streaming audio format you listen to your podcasts. WARNING - some words might be hard to take in depending on your constitutions, but it needs to be heard in its original context. 

One hand to God, and one hand on a bible - I will defend Lloyd Kaufman. Yes he is eccentric, yes he is erratic. However, he’s still one of the few good guys in the film industry.
