God created man with a spirit, an inward man the scriptures call the "hidden man of the heart". The Word of God tells us the strong spirit of a man will sustain him. We can train and develop this inward man through the word of God, and it can grown in strength and help us through the storms of life and to stay with God's plan for our lives as we learn to follow the inner convictions in our hearts by the Holy Ghost.
