The work that we do in our community as herbalists often has surprising consequences. We meet new people, learn new skills and share new ideas. Last week, Sue and Candace interviewed Plaedo, co-founder of Eugene Avant Gardeners, poet, musician, activist, and peace officer for the Downtown You Initiative about crating community in the garden. His community contact has had wide reaching changes which inspired Sue and Candace to dig into other ripples from "stones cast into the stream".
