We let it season for 6 months to bring out the refined flavor. Now the cap is off the bottle and our glasses are clinking with anticipation. As tasty as these herbal delights are, beer brewing in delicate environments using scarce resources has a price. What are we as herbalists, brewers and consumers doing to make sure we helping, not hurting, the tiny planet we call home?
