Chris Long is the author and publisher of SoberlyMe.com, a ministry blog that shares Chris’s daily journey through recovery from alcohol, anger, and pornography. Chris is also the Men’s Life Group Leader at Liberty Baptist Church in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.
Chris is a single dad, of 4 children, 3 boys and 1 girl, ranging in ages from 24 to 15. And with a sincere heart for disciplemaking and being discipled, Chris is actively involved in several ministries, including Every Man a Warrior and Celebrate Recovery.
He’s also a U.S. Navy veteran, and in his spare time, if he’s not outdoors hiking waterfalls, Chris enjoys writing, teaching, preaching, building up, and discipling the body of Christ.
