Emily Miller was the first guest in the history of the show known today as Rear Naked Choke Radio. For the 10th anniversary celebration, Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) and Emily (@EmilyMillerLV) shot the shit for an hour. It was in typical RNC Radio fashion - no frills, just a hang in which the listeners get to know the guests as real people. The first time Emily was on the show, she was a mere 20 years old and was just starting out as a ring card girl for the International Fight League (IFL). A third of her lifetime later, she has retained her role in MMA as a ring card girl for World Series of Fighting (WSOF). As it turns out, the day Emily joined Joe, she had just done her first podcast herself, as part of the Onnit group of shows!
