The latest UFC gossip in a busy week is one thing, but there is nothing like getting to know your favorite co-hosts, so spend some time getting to know Jay and Joe. Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) gives some insight into his life as a kid athlete, and Joe Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) gave some thoughts about his unique background. But it did not get in the way of talking about the world of MMA, from betting lines for the main event of UFC Fight Night 89 in Ottawa, Ontario, to actor Sam Heughan's tweet back to Rizzo (even though Kelly still does not know who he is). But one thing Kelly knows is MMA Reddit, and he explained why he likes it and a bit of how it works. The conversation twisted from Michael Bisping's trainer and recent RNC Radio guest Jason Parillo, to who the best athlete in the history of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia is (hint: Sidney Crosby vs. TJ Grant isn't much of a fight when it comes to this battle). There was even talk of the Stanley Cup Finals Game 5 in which the San Jose Sharks staved off elimination in beating Crosby's Pittsburgh Penguins.
