Leave it up to Jon Jones to give us even more to talk about during the biggest UFC fight week they've ever held. SIRIUS XM Rush 93 host and MMAMania.com writer Michael Stets (@Michael_Stets) joined Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) on Rear-Naked Choke Radio to talk about Jones' latest mishap, the cringe-worthy press conference, what this means for his future and his would-be opponent, Daniel Cormier. Jones failed a test administered by USADA and was removed from the UFC 200 main event. Expected to face the light heavyweight champion, Cormier, Jones instead is looking at a two-year suspension and is in the court of public opinion after ruining the main event of the biggest UFC fight card in the history of the organization. Fans are livid over the fact that they will not witness Cormier vs. Jones 2, but the champ is suffering the most. Not only was this Cormier's chance to avange his sole loss, it was undoubtedly the biggest payday f his life. Stets and Kelly talked about possible option for keeping Cormier on the card and ho the champ handled himself at the press conference when the news was broke that Jones was out. Jones' press conference, however, didn't go as well. Jones was in tears and appeared to show an emotional side, but at times flashed a grin of arrogance. He was hard to gauge. His manager, Malki Kawa, fieled questions for Jones, which nobody was a fan of. Then Jones' PR woman, Denise White, capped off the press conference with an awkward short speech. Stets and Kelly touched on how bizarre the whole ordeal was.
