UFC 200 Recap with Laura Sanko of Invicta and FOX Sports 1 - a podcast by ronshowjoeted

Laura Sanko joined Joe Rizzo to give hard-hitting, intelligent analysis of UFC 200, and also dropped some career news near the end of the show. Sanko (@Laura_Sanko on Twitter and Instagram) is the cage reporter for Invicta FC and has acted as a co-host during her many appearances on RNC Radio (@RNCRadio). Sitting in for Jay Kelly (@JayKellyMMA) for the recap, Sanko helped Rizzo (@RearNakedChoke) with a critical breakdown of the event. Not only did they go fight-by-fight for what happened in the cage, but they also assessed the mood of the event as it took shape. Somehow, the stacked card did not register anywhere near its lofty potential, and they gave their thoughts why this was the case, and what happened along the way to back up their overall opinions, from the hot early start on the Fight Pass prelims to the lackluster FS1 matches, to the strange structure of the main card. Sanko also gave a detailed explanation of the incident in which Invicta 135-pound champion Tonya Evinger gave her an impromptu kiss during their live post-match interview, and later went on to talk about her new role coming up in August with FOX Sports 1.
