GC#50 - Edge Of Reason - Omer Day 36 - a podcast by Amram Landau

We've reached the sixth week of the Omer and Podcast number 50! So if you're still listening, a) well done and b) thank you. 

This is the week that is represented by the incredible Yosef HaTzadik - the perfect Tzadik, who stood firm in the face of adversity and did exactly what we have spoken of so many times in our journey - he went from slave to king. He is an exemplar of self control, as he was dangerously handsome, and incredibly charming. He has temptation thrown his way. 

Yet he masters those challenges, and he masters dreams too (the actual title that his brothers gave him, as a mere stripling of 17 years - ['tov']). He has the edge over others...The edge of reason. We will see through the course of this week, that his middah of Yesod is the foundation of everything, contains everything within it too. But inherent in that, will be the potential pitfalls (as Yosef literally experienced - twice - ) of living life on the edge.
