Let me start by saying that YOU are incredible human beings. I admire who you are. Your presence. Your grace. Your strength. This episode is all about you. You are a necessary. I am your teammate not competition. This conversation was important to help Black women try to understand your plight. Nothing is going to be an overnight fix, but we must all start somewhere. I love you Black Man.
